Property:

Same as most of vinyl chloride copolymer, it has tough wear resistance, good water resistance, and low gas permeability. It has good chemical stability at room temperature, not impacted by acid, alkali, salt, alcohol, oil, ester etc.

Ketone and ester is commonly used solvent, and chlorinated hydrocarbons are applied in a few situations only.

Ketone is real excellent solvent and ester has poor solubility for this product. Product can only be swelled or partly dissolved in ester, so, mostly ester acts as solvent aid.

Chlorinated hydrocarbons, such as Dichloromethane and 1,2 - dichloroethane can dissolve this product, but, trichloroethane and tetrachlorthane can only cause swelling.

Product is insoluble in alcohol and fat, and it is only swelled or partial dissolved in benzene.

Application :1. Adhesives 2. Color cake  3. Color chips   4. Common inks  5. Strippable coatings   6. Rod paint, more information is available based on customers' requirement.

Resin is suitable to make white and black color chips. The white chips has excellent whiteness and yellowing resistance applied in PU products; the black chips has bright blackness applied in PU products.

 

Compatibility:

Compatible with PVC resin, epoxy resin, alkyd and phenolic resin and acrylic resin, polyester, etc; good chemical stability, not impacted by acid, alkali, salt, oil etc. at room temperature.

Poor compatibility with nitric cellulose, polyvinyl acetate and PVB(Polyvinyl Butyral)

Pigment, and Packing:

Good compatibility with most standard pigments, but must pay attention to zinc and cadmium, iron oxide containing pigments, because such pigments will promote decomposition at high temperature will (special attention should be paid in processing).

Although the product is heat-resistant and ultraviolet light resistant, but in some specific circumstances, still need to increase stability in the process. Usually, epoxy type stabilizer is excellent heat stabilizers,

when need higher thermal stability, we suggest to use organic tin compounds together with epoxy compound, because epoxy compound stabilizer and organic tin compounds will produce synergistic effect. Besides, other commonly used stabilizer are lead salt stabilizers. In addition, if use the product to make of outdoor use products, it is better to add the ultraviolet light resistance stabilizer. Normally, use light resistant heat stabilizers,such as tin stabilizer without sulfur.

Processing:

In order to avoid the risk of bleaching, the solution preparation and storage of the product should avoid to contact iron, the surface coating compound should be stored in container.

Storage:

Store in dry places (less than 25 ℃ ), the shelf life if stored in the above conditions will be at least 12 months from the date of delivery. If resin storage time has exceeded the above recommended warehouse storage time, the out-dated resin may still can be used, but the user must carefully check the finished product quality and its related properties.

Packing:

Packed in polypropylene woven bag with polypropylene plastic inner bag. Weight: 25 kg/bag.
